At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our health. These habits may also help keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline. Learn about the four areas of lifestyle habits that are associated with health aging: cognitive activity, exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement, and get help incorporating these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. This event, originally scheduled for March 13, has been rescheduled for April 2.
